These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of peptaion.com and any purchase made through it. They apply between you and Peptaion OÜ ("Peptaion", "we", "us"), a private limited company (osaühing) registered in Estonia.

By browsing this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website or place an order.

Every product listed on this website is supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical, and scientific research. Products are not intended for administration to humans or animals, and are not presented as having any medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purpose.

Products are not placed on the market as medicinal products, medical devices, foods, food supplements, or cosmetics, and no statement on this website has been evaluated by the European Medicines Agency or any national medicines authority.

Nothing on this website constitutes dosing, administration, or clinical guidance. Handling information is provided for laboratory reference only.

Purchases are restricted to qualified professionals, businesses, and research institutions acquiring products for legitimate laboratory research. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing in that capacity, that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the training and facilities to handle research compounds safely.

You are solely responsible for confirming that purchasing, possessing, importing, and using these products is lawful in your jurisdiction before you order.

All prices are shown in euros and are inclusive of applicable VAT. We may change prices for future orders at any time; the price shown at the point of order is the price you pay.

An order is confirmed only once payment is received in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where fraud, resale, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin and USDT) are processed through a self-custody payment service; SEPA bank transfer may also be offered where available. Refund handling for each method is set out in our Shipping & returns policy.

Shipping is carried out by a tracked courier. Dispatch times, delivery estimates, and what happens if a parcel is delayed, lost, or held by customs are set out in our Shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the courier takes possession of the parcel. You are responsible for confirming that importing the products into your destination country is lawful; we are not liable for customs delays, duties, or refusals arising from your local regulations.

Our returns, refund, and purity-guarantee terms are set out in full in our Shipping & returns policy. In summary: opened products cannot be returned; unopened products may be withdrawn from within 14 days of delivery; and damaged, incorrect, or sub-specification deliveries are replaced or refunded once verified.

Products are supplied for research use on an as-is basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to fitness for any particular purpose beyond the specifications published for the batch you receive.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss arising from the use or misuse of a product after delivery.

You agree to indemnify and hold Peptaion harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use, storage, handling, or onward distribution of a product you have purchased, including any use inconsistent with the research-use restriction in these Terms.

The content of this website — including product descriptions, research dossiers, certificates of analysis, and site design — is owned by Peptaion or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without prior written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version applies to any order placed after it takes effect. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply regardless of this clause, and you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own country as provided by EU law.
