Paying with cryptocurrency

We accept cryptocurrency as a direct, self-custodial payment — you pay from your own wallet to ours, with no card network or account in between. This page explains what you need, how the payment panel on your order works, and how long confirmation takes.

If you have paid with crypto before, it is exactly what you would expect: scan a QR code, send the exact amount shown, and the order confirms automatically once the network settles.

Choose whichever you already hold. Both are quoted at the current rate at the moment your invoice is created and locked for a short window while you pay.

USDT is a stablecoin worth about one US dollar, which keeps the amount steady while you pay. It must be sent on the TRON (TRC-20) network — sending it on another network will not reach us.

Before you start

What you need

You need a small amount of Bitcoin or USDT in a wallet you control. If you do not already hold crypto, you can buy it on any established, regulated exchange (for example Kraken, Bitstamp, or Coinbase) and withdraw it to your wallet — or pay directly from the exchange if it lets you choose the network and send an exact amount.

Have your wallet ready before you place the order: the payment window is short, so it is easiest when you can pay straight away.

Step by step

How payment works

  1. 1Place your order as usual. You are taken to your order page, where a payment panel opens.
  2. 2Choose Bitcoin or USDT. The panel shows a QR code, the exact amount to send, the receiving address, and a countdown to when the quote expires.
  3. 3Send the exact amount from your wallet — scan the QR code, or copy the address and amount. Send the whole amount in a single transfer.
  4. 4Wait for the network to confirm. The panel updates on its own as your payment is detected and confirmed — you do not need to do anything else.
  5. 5Once it settles, your order is marked paid automatically and you receive a confirmation email. Nothing ships until payment is confirmed.

Timing

How long it takes

The quote is held for about 30 minutes. USDT on TRON usually confirms within a minute or two; Bitcoin can take longer, depending on network conditions and the fee you set. Your order page reflects each stage live, so you can leave it open and watch it move to paid.

If the window passes before you pay, nothing is lost — reopen the panel and a fresh amount is quoted at the current rate. Your order itself stays open for several days.

If something looks off

Underpaid, expired, or unsure

Sent slightly too little? The panel shows the remaining amount — send the difference and it will settle.

Quote expired? Reopen the panel for a new amount before sending anything.

Anything else — an overpayment, a payment sent after the window, or a transfer that does not appear — reply to your order confirmation email and we will sort it out with you.
